SHIPPING POLICY

We ship with Sendle for Australian domestic orders. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been packed and dispatched. Please note that we pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend, please expect it to leave our premises the following week. All delivery estimates are counting business days only. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Our international shipments are sent via DHL Express with tracking. All our DHL Express deliveries require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been packed and dispatched. Please note that we pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend, please expect it to leave our premises the following week. All delivery estimates are counting business days only.

International orders may incur customs, duties, and disbursement fees upon arrival. These will depend on the country of destination. SUPER NICE CLOTHING is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when the goods are imported into your country. For more information, please email us.

 

Please note that we can only ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not offer returns on items unless they are faulty, we do however offer size exchange depending on availability in our inventory. These policies are due to the limited nature of our production and releases. We do not mass-produce our garments.
